A new service within the Infotainment Online package

• With the newly available Online Route Import service, you can easily prepare your route in the MyŠkoda app.
• In the MyŠkoda app, you can plan a trip with a maximum of 3 stopovers before your final destination. The charging stops - up to 5 - will be automatically planned for you.
• Your saved route will be then synched with your vehicle. You just need to enter it and start your journey.

Plug & Charge enables automatic and secure authentication at public charging stations.

• Plug & Charge is an additional authentication method to the already existing (RFID and App) methods.
• You just need to connect your vehicle to the charging station to authorize a public charging session. No further action is required to authenticate and start charging!
• Plug & Charge works only with compatible public charging stations, you can see which stations are compatible in the MyŠkoda app or in the infotainment app Powerpass Map.

A new service within the Proactive Service package

• If you have selected a preferred service partner, you can activate Service Scheduling with the new ME3.7 software.
• With Service Scheduling your vehicle is able to inform your service partner in case any fault occurs, or if regular maintenance is needed.
• The dealer will contact you using your preferred method (phone or email) and the appointment can be scheduled. Easier than ever before!
